Policies

Policies are the day to day governing documents of Homeowner Associations such as Hill Farm, designed to improve the look and value of the neighborhood. Generally they explain the provisions of the CC&Rs in more detail, but they also inform homeowners of specific issues such as installing a secure mailbox, or how chemicals are used on our landscaping. Policies are resolutions approved by the Homeowners Association Board. Contact any Board member for details.

Beginning in June of 2010, the board will approve a revised set of policies using a new format advised by our attorney. Policies will be posted on this web page as they become available.
